Travel to Cuba is Now Eligible for Coverage through CSA Travel Protection Plans

CSA Travel Protection is excited to announce that, effective March 15, 2017, travel partners may begin offering our travel insurance plans for your clients’ scheduled air travel, cruises and tours to Cuba. We’re pleased to be expanding our coverage area alongside our designated travel assistance and emergency medical evacuation provider, Generali Global Assistance, who is also able to provide service to the previously restricted destination.

CSA partners whose primary business is selling travel are now eligible to sell plans. To be eligible for coverage, your client’s travel arrangements must be provided by a recognized airline, cruise line or tour operator that certifies it is in compliance with all US government regulations concerning travel to Cuba.

We appreciate your partnership and look forward to the possibility of providing valuable coverages and services to your clients who are taking advantage of the US government’s revised travel restrictions.
