Would Your Guests Like 24-Hour Roadside Assistance?

Two in three vacation rental guests used their own car to reach their destination, according to a survey of the U.S. vacation rental market conducted by PhoCusWright in 2012. With that in mind, how much do you think your guests would value 24-Hour Roadside Assistance services included with their vacation rental insurance*?

If they find themselves stuck with a flat tire, dead battery, keys locked in the car or they just need a tow, guests who have purchased a Guest Protect Plan from CSA Travel Protection just need to call our hotline, anytime, anywhere in the U.S. and our friendly service provider will be there to help.

CSA’s Guest Protect Plan includes 24-Hour Roadside Assistance for the travelers’ own vehicle or rental car.

24-Hour Roadside Assistance Services include:

  • Towing Service
  • Battery Jump/Minor Roadside Adjustments
  • Flat Tire Change: A flat tire will be changed with the insured’s spare tire
  • Fuel Delivery
  • Vehicle Winching/Extraction: The vehicle will be winched if it is stuck in a ditch, mud or snow as long as it is accessible from a normally traveled roadway
  • Locksmith Services

The PhoCusWright research showed that four in five vacation rental guests staying at properties in the Midwest, Northeast and Southern regions of the U.S. (except Florida) drive their own cars, but a flight and rental car combo is much more common for Florida and the Western region. Rental Car Damage coverage is also included with CSA’s Guest Protect Plan* (not available to residents of Texas).
