In addition to valuable insurance coverage, Generali travel insurance plans also include access to an international network of employees and partners available to provide the best possible travel and emergency assistance services worldwide—so your clients can travel with more peace of mind. They also manage 10,000 medical transports annually via air ambulance and commercial airline. Their wealth of in-house expertise, resources and technology enable them to provide turnkey logistical support for all types of evacuations.

While we’re building on Generali’s global support and resources, we’re also proud to maintain the spirit and service standards of a small company—growing the hands-on, dedicated account management, exclusive sales and marketing support, reporting solutions, and award-winning customer services and claims management that we’re known for. Expanding our support channels allows us to continue to administer our plans in-house—based out of our home office in San Diego, CA—where our company was first founded and where your clients can reach our dedicated customer service team seven days a week.
